Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 2 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.
By ordering through the Lily’s Vegan Kitchen website you accept and agree to our delivery policy.
After ordering products, digital e-books or other offerings from this website or social media accounts or via email, you will receive either a phone call and/or an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Products will be shipped (or personally delivered) to your nominated address on the day selected.
If you are not present at your nominated address at time of delivery, Lily’s Vegan Kitchen reserves the right to charge a $10 redelivery fee for any failed delivery attempts.
Lily’s Vegan Kitchen delivers only in Canberra, Australia.
